I caught this week­ends’ episode purely by chance and loved it. I’ve enjoyed Chris Potter’s work since I first saw him on “Kung Fu — The Leg­end Con­tin­ues”. I hadn’t heard about this series before and wasn’t sure if it was new, a few years old or what. That was why I logged into the web­site, to find out more. Is there any way to catch up on the episodes that I’ve missed? I’m fly­ing blind as to the char­ac­ter rela­tion­ships and backgrounds.

I absolutely LOVE the books and the show! I’m so excited to have it in the U.S. i found this web­site a while ago and tried to watch a clip online but it was like “This show can only be watched in Canada” or some­thing like that. I was so bummed but now I’m happy. I hope it con­tin­ues for a long time. The cast is amaz­ing and the scenery is beau­ti­ful! Keep up the good work!

Wow! Great show. I have a 17 year old that is autis­tic and loves rid­ing. She has even won Gold and Sil­ver medals in the spe­cial olympics. I love this show, it is a great fam­ily show. I love the whole set up.If I could, my dream would be to have a place like that to call home.

I watch the show every week. I love it, I just wished it came on at a dif­fer­ent time, other than 12:00 A.M.. I wish it would come out on a dvd so i could buy it. I think my grand­chil­dren would love it also. Thanks again for a great show.

I wish I could watch com­plete episodes instead of clips. I didn’t even know that this show was even on TV until today, 8 Jan 2011. I fell in love with it with only watch­ing one episode. Is there a way that I can watch all the back episodes? Being In col­lege, if we don’t get to watch it online, then I don’t get to watch it. As Lisa stated on 2/14/11, my hus­band also turned “Heart­land” on by mis­take one Sat­ur­day night & we ended up being hooked on this show every week. If we are run­ning errands on Sat­ur­day after­noon, we have to be home by 6 PM so we can watch repeat show­ing from the week before. Then the new episode at 7 PM is shown. It is a won­der­ful show. Our 7 yr old Grand­son is even hooked on it. He loves the horses. By watch­ing “Heart­land”, he is learn­ing right from wrong and how to han­dle moral deci­sions that he’s going to run into as he grows up. This is just a fab­u­lous fam­ily show that we can all watch together & dis­cuss sit­u­a­tions! We hope “Heart­land” will be on the air for many years. We really love it!!

I just dis­cov­ered that KTVU (Oakland/SF/SJ) is now air­ing “Heart­land” at 10:00 a.m. on Sun­days. I’m send­ing them a note to thank them! This is in addi­tion to their sis­ter sta­tion KICU’s air­ings at 2:00 p.m. on Sat­ur­days. KFTY in Santa Rosa is also avail­able on cable/satellite in much of the Bay Area and shows the series at 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

This is such a fab­u­lous show for fam­i­lies to watch together. Our fam­ily can not wait a week between episodes. While both of my girls ride horses, it has wide appeal to peo­ple look­ing for qual­ity tele­vi­sion, some­thing that is hard to find these days. I have turned quite a few peo­ple on to it and they have quickly become fans. I don’t under­stand why you aren’t doing a bet­ter job pro­mot­ing the show in the United States. It is not a show that should get buried and I would hate to see it can­celled. Here in LA it started out at 5pm on Sun­days and then moved to Sat­ur­day at 5pm. I few that that is a sign of poor rat­ings. Please start adver­tis­ing it!!!

I absolutely love this show. I get to watch it on Sun­days at 6:00 and wait anx­iously every sun­day for it to come on. The show is so great that I really don’t think an hour is long enough. When I tell some­one about Heart­land and how it is a down to earth fam­ily show with noth­ing vul­gar in it at all they say “You mean we have those kind of shows on TV today?” I only watch two things on TV and this is one of them. This is such a great show! I found it by acci­dent one Sun­day night and have loved it ever since. It’s one of the few fam­ily shows that has much of the film­ing out­doors with beau­ti­ful scenery. We are not horse peo­ple but you don’t have to be to enjoy Heart­land. The Heart­land blog sug­gests writ­ing the local sta­tion to say how much we enjoy it so thats what I’m going to do. It should be adver­tised more too.

Love the show. When is a new sea­son sched­uled to start? The last new show we
saw was when Amy’s dad was shot.

I can’t tell you how much I enjoy Heart­land! It is a refresh­ing change from all the eal­ity TV shows, Amer­i­can Idol, America’s got tal­ent, Danc­ing shows, and espe­cially all the sports pro­grams that are on dur­ing the week­ends. The sea­son was much too short, and I can’t wait for the new episodes to be aired. KUSI in San Diego, needs to real­ize this is a pop­u­lar pro­gram and stop mov­ing the show around to accom­mo­date movies and infomer­cials, which every­one hates pay­ing for anyway!

Like some of the oth­ers before me have said, I just dis­cov­ered your won­der­ful show by acci­dent tonight. I saw Ep. 104 – Tak­ing Chances and it was a great show. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve wished that they would bring back shows like the great West­erns that I grew up with. The shows with great val­ues and a strong sense of honor and doing the right thing. I love Heart­land even though I’ve only seen one show so far. The views are breath­tak­ing, I absolutely love watch­ing the beau­ti­ful horses, it’s well acted and it’s a good fam­ily friendly show-something so lack­ing in TV today! I assure you I will be watch­ing it every week now that I’ve found it, even though I watch very lit­tle of the so called Big 3 sta­tions and oth­ers like them because it’s all garbage. My daugh­ter and I have 3 horses between the 2 of us and we’ve both loved horses our whole lives. You can be sure I will tell her and her fam­ily about this won­der­ful show. Please keep up the good work!

I just watched Heart­land tonight as I do every Sat­ur­day night. It’s what makes Sat­ur­day night TV great. It is such a good show. The actor’s are won­der­ful and the scenery is just the best. Dis­cov­ered this CBC (Canada) show here in Indi­anapo­lis a few months ago. Heart­land is excel­lent! Its the first show I wake up for on Sat­ur­days. Its like lit­tle house on the praire meets mod­ern day. First rate talent/cast and act­ing. Much bet­ter than most the crap we get on ABC Fam­ily or other net­works here in the states. Seems our north­ern pals have been hold­ing out on us. Bum­mer its only re-runs I find listed down here.

Don’t usu­ally make com­ments BUT this show war­rents excep­tion. It reminds me of story time and my teacher read­ing out loud to all us kids and how my imi­na­ga­tion painted pic­tures in my mind. if only i found out about heart­land sooner than i did! if heart­land was real and i had the money i would take all of my stub­born horses to heart­land and tell every­one about the won­der­ful place. i will tell peo­ple about the great, wounder­ful, ter­rific, best i ever knew, books and shows. i used a few of heartland’s tech­niques on my mini­ture horse dazar. he is great! now which tech­niques do i use to make dazar stop act­ing like a dog? lol

This pro­gram is “Qual­ity” in every way; story lines, act­ing, production,directing,
absolutely stun­ning scenery & mag­nif­i­cent horses.
There def­i­nitely ‘needs’ to be more shows like this on tele­vi­sion and movies.
I grew up in the West with horses and herd­ing dogs. They have been a part of my spirit for a long time & if I ever got a chance to go and live in a place like “Heart­land” I would never leave. This is true par­adise to me; hard, snowy win­ters & all.
I get the feel­ing that these actors, etc. really appre­ci­ate just to be able to be a part of this awe­some pro­duc­tion.
This so MUST con­tinue into future seasons:)

Really love the show. Started watch­ing it here in Wash­ing­ton DC last year and it is part of me and my moth­ers Sun­day rou­tine. I wished they showed more than just the 1st season.

Now this is “the” show for Prime Time mar­ket­ing. I wouldn’t miss this pro­gram for any­thing. It is fab­u­lous!!!
I pick it up on Sun­day after­noon at 5 pm.
And am wish­ing it came on every sin­gle day.
With the proper mar­ket­ing, this show could be another Dallas.

This show is absolutely awe­some! I look for­ward to see­ing it every Sun­day at 8:00 P.M. I love the cast, the horses (of course), the scenery, the ranch.….….everything about this show. I have never been a TV fan and frankly I don’t watch it that much. I saw Heart­land on GMC a cou­ple of months ago and I am hooked and glad I am. I love the ranch life and have always wanted to live in Wyoming so this is the next best. I dis­cov­ered it again today on WUPA Atlanta. PLEASE don’t ever take this off the air and if pos­si­ble daily shows would be great. Thanks for giv­ing me at least one show to enjoy.

My wife and I dis­cov­ered “Heart­land” sev­eral months ago here in Yuma on the local CW sta­tion. We are not a whole lot into TV and even less for series, but you have the finest show on T.V. We absolutely adore the case, sto­ries and scenery. The Amer­i­cans should take note that not every show on T.V. has to be a cop or detec­tive show.

Hope­fully, we can get new episodes. I’ve seen episode 1 from the first year about 5 times now. We like it because the char­ac­ters and sto­ries are good and believ­able. It is one of the high­lights of our week.

My mom was pass­ing away and as I sat with her I found this show in Decem­ber. I remem­ber telling her that “I think this show is going to be my favorite show ever”. She passed and as I watched more each Sat­ur­day it was some­thing to see Amy’s mom had passed. I am hooked for this rea­son , the actors, horses and land­scape. I see all the shows are old and HOPE that it is not can­celed.

Its nice to finally have a show like this with all of the “real­ity” tv these days. I watch this then head out to feed my horse, who was abused before I got him. A lot of what they play off in the episodes is what a lot of peo­ple go through but you never see it unless its you in that posi­tion. I just wish that this web­site was updated!! I would LOVE to know whats going on with the show/cast.

Hello. i love the show im a big fan . I started read­ing the books in 5th grade and i absolutely love them I can never stop read­ing them. I take lessons at a quar­ter horse barn in ga. I love horses and when i loung i use heartland’s meth­ods. I like to join up with the horses and i always do to T touch! Love the show!!! Amy i was won­der­ing if u actu­ally ride in real life? GO HORSES!!!!!!

This show has quickly become my favorite show to watch. In fact I watched each episode that was shown yes­ter­day on GMC. What a great way to spend a Sun­day. I grew up on a cat­tle ranch in Illi­nois and every­thing about the show brings back a mem­ory, the cat­tle, the horses, the rodeos.…..Can’t wait for this sea­son. I’d like to know more about Tim’s rehab brought into the show. Big ques­tion in my mind.

Really love the Heart­land Ranch. We had horses when I was young, and I miss being around them. Your show brings back a lot of those mem­o­ries. The last episode I saw last was Amy’s dad being shot which was just last week where I live. Then this week it was col­lege foot­ball at 11 a.m. I hope that is not going to be the norm for every Sat­ur­day now. I want to know what hap­pened. I guess I’ll have to write my local sta­tion (WQAD) and find out if they can­celled the show or moved it to a dif­fer­ent time. I hope they didn’t move it. The time was good for me, and I could care less about col­lege foot­ball.

FINNALLY a pro­gram I can watch with fam­ily and not worry about unac­cept­able
lan­guage or con­tent. We love horses and have a cou­ple, but the story lines
go beyond just the day to day “chores” etc…love it. Valu­able life lessons
as well as the impor­tance of faith, love, trust, and hard work…and most of all
FAMILY!
